My name is LeKeisha Harding and I am the founder of E.A.S.E.L,.a consultancy that focuses on supporting learning institutions and the families that navigate those spaces. I have worked as an urban STEM education leader for 10 years helping schools, science centers, museums, non-profits, and philanthropies break their silos in order to (re)build inclusive systems and cultures. I function within the intersectionality of STEM, SEL, and DEIJ in order to promote a holistic approach to solving problems and innovating systems of teaching and learning.
