Would you like to be an exhibitor at the 2021 Inclusive SciComm Symposium (ISCS)? The ISCS virtual exhibit booth is a great way to gain visibility and to introduce your organization to people engaged in inclusive science communication from all over the country.
A limited number of exhibit booths are available for confirmed registrants at no cost. Exhibit booths are populated by the exhibitor. ISCS organizers will run a technical check of exhibit booths on September 30 and October 12.
Booths can display images, text and banners. Exhibitors can add website URLs, links to social media accounts, upload digital content and embed videos. Exhibitors need not staff their booths continuously. Scheduling staffing time and chats and using the “leave a message” function enables exhibitors to attend sessions and still keep up with booth visitors.
Exhibit booth design should keep accessibility in mind. This includes high-contrast colors and easy readability for screen readers. See our accessibility page for more information.
